  If you're a novice to working out and or you don't mind being surrounded by people who have little to no idea what they're doing, its not a bad place.
  Some nice perks for Black card members. No swimming pool or space for classes and, dont ask to be trained, 90% of staff don't know a deltoid from a dragon
